  • I provide therapy to children, young people, and adults to support their mental health and wellbeing.

    Therapy sessions with me are usually 60 minutes once per week, but this can be adjusted to suit your needs.

  • You can send me a message via the ‘Get in touch’ part of my website and I’ll respond to you within a day. We will arrange a time to meet on the phone or video call to make sure we are a good fit, and after this you can decide if you’d like to book in for ongoing sessions together.

  • My lived experiences, personally and professionally, have helped me become the kind of therapist I would have wanted to access when I needed support. I am proud of the work I do, and my clients often report how comfortable & personal our sessions are compared to what they thought therapy might be like.   • Use my contact page to send me a message - I’ll reply to you within a day.

  • My pricing is £60 per session.

    I have concession rates for those with no / very low income, those in receipt of universal credit, and students. Please feel free to ask about these in your initial message.

  • Therapy with me will be honest, curious, patient, and tailored to you.
