Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long.
Clients under 14 are seen in-person only.
Clients over 14 are encouraged to attend in-person to start, and may wish to move to online sessions or a mix of the two.
Clients are encouraged to attend weekly for the first 6 sessions to support building a therapeutic rapport. After this we can review and explore whether weekly or fortnightly sessions would be most beneficial.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes to accommodate to the school day.
Schools are encouraged to book 6 weeks / a half term at a time to support building a therapeutic rapport.
